Exemptions(Special Care Accommodations for Unique Pet Needs)
In consideration of the special needs for certain pets such as females on heat, senior pets (more than 12 years), miniature pets (less than 5kgs), unsocialized pets, pets with chronic non communicable diseases such as arthritis, we will have pets access the premium facility for sleep or play at an additional cost of Kes 500 per night in addition to the economy or standard package.
Peak Rates
Our Peak rates apply for the festive seasons. The December festive season peak rate starts on Dec 1st to Jan 5th. During this season we do not allow boarding later than the 24th of December and the earliest check out would be 27th of December. Peak rates also apply for the easter holiday.

We mainly board for dogs, cats, hamsters and guinea pigs of all breeds and sizes. However, feel free to contact us if you have other small pets — we’ll do our best to help!
We do not have any breed restrictions at our facility.
However we need full disclosure so that management can better make a decision on how to handle your pet as certain breeds may need to be handled with caution.
Our kennels and play yards are spacious and provide plenty of room for your pet to move around and play.
When bringing your pet for boarding at Pets Paradise, please ensure you have the following:
a. Up-to-date vaccination records, including rabies and other required vaccinations.
b. Any medications your pet may need during their stay, along with clear instructions for administration.
c. Your pet's favorite toys, bedding, or any other comfort items that will help them feel more at home.
d. Enough food for your pet's entire stay, along with feeding instructions.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your pet's own food and toys to make their stay more comfortable. Please just be sure to provide enough food for the duration of their stay.
Yes, we are able to accommodate pets with special needs on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know in advance about any special requirements your pet may have.
Signing up as a customer at Pets Paradise is quick and easy. Simply visit our website and fill out the registration form with your contact information, pet's details, and preferred services. After submitting the form, one of our friendly staff members will contact you to confirm your registration and answer any questions you may have.
While some dogs may initially feel anxious or lonely when boarding, Pets Paradise takes every measure to ensure that your pet has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our boarding facility is designed to provide a safe, clean, and engaging environment, with plenty of socialization opportunities and individual attention from our caring staff. We also offer regular updates and photos to pet owners, so you can rest assured that your furry friend is in good hands.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance
